Episode 6

Bumalik, Higanti & Pagbawi Camps (Day 13)

(From now on I will just combine all three camp stories into one post, unless its for a tribal council, then they'll get their own post about their plans and gameplay for that tribal.)

After attending last night's Tribal Council... the Pagbawi tribe went up in flames, Domenick was furious at Michelle for flipping against them, Shane is still being Shane toward Jaclyn and Natalie, and poor old Greg had to sit in the corner with no idea what is going on... Dom eventually forgave Michelle, after she was able to explain that Ian's too much of a threat, and his relationship with Greg would be too dangerous for them, Dom would still try to work with her in the pre-merge, since he truly can't trust Natalie or Jaclyn, and he'll need Michelle to flip back get rid of either of them. Although once the merge comes, he will make sure that Michelle will not get too far in this game.

After coming from Ghost Island, Greg wasn't sure about letting people know what is in there, he knew that if kept it all to himself, they would grow suspicious of him, and now without his best friend Ian to back him up... he is going to need to remain in everyone's good sides. He decided to talk with everyone one on one, to see what are the tribe dynamics are at the moment and how can he fit in... And everyone seemed to like him, but they totally dislike each other, and he now finds himself in middle of a very dysfunctional tribe.

At Bumalik, while trying to get some water from the water well, Jay and Christian got to talk about how they feel about their new alliance of four with Cydney and Sabrina, and they have come to a mutual understanding that they don't want Reynold or Trish to be on the outs and leave the game, and they discuss potentially turning the tables on Sabrina and Cydney instead. And while walking back to camp, the two men decided to take a detour in the woods to try and look for the idol, since a new camp would mean a new idol hidden there, and minutes later, Jay notices something wrapped in blue cloth... he opened it up... and... "Congratulations, you have found a Hidden Immunity Idol." Jay jumped in joy, as Christian was right behind him, Christian knew that he will need to gain Jay's trust in order to survive this tribe swap... so Christian tells Jay about his own idol, and the two men agreed to a real alliance that they'll take all the way to the merge and onward.

At Higanti... nothing much is happening... the tribe is working well together, and they like each other, but under that facade... Carolyn and Terry are staying strong, Hayden and Teresa are staying strong, and Rafe and Kellee are in the middle, waiting to strike at either front...

Immunity Challenge (Day 14)

Challenge: Blind Leading the Blind

Bumalik and Higanti, getting your first looks at the new Pagbawi, Ian voted out at the last Tribal Council, and Greg has joined the tribe. Are you guys ready to get to today's immunity challenge? Firsts things first, I'll take back both immunity idols and once again immunity is back up for grabs. For today's challenge:

One tribe member will be the caller. The rest of the tribe will be blindfolded. Using only verbal commands, the caller must direct the blindfolded tribe members to collect 15 very large and very heavy puzzle pieces. Once they have all the puzzle pieces, they must take off the blindfolds and work together to solve the puzzle. The first two tribes to finish win immunity.

This challenge has been done 22 times over the course of Survivor, with loads of variation, however among the many of you that have already done the challenge; Rafe, Natalie and Carolyn lost, there's a second chance story for all three of you. I'll give you all a minute to strategize... we'll get it on.

(No Ghost Island for Today)

Survivors Ready?? Go!!

(Higanti has a 5% advantage and Bumalik has 3% from their previous rewards, Pagbawi needs to get 5 or 3% more beat either Higanti or Bumalik (respectively) in this challenge)

Immunity Challenge Results (Day 14)

Bumalik wins Immunity!! Pagbawi comes in second!! Sending Higanti to Tribal Council!!

Bumalik, you guys are looking strong, immunity once again, no one going home tonight. Pagbawi, you got second, good job, immunity is yours, no one going home tonight.

Higanti, I've got nothing for you but a date with me at Tribal Council, where somebody will be the 7th person voted out of Survivor: Second Chance. You have the afternoon to figure out who is it going to be, you can all head back to camp, good luck.

Higanti Camp (Day 14)

After losing the Immunity challenge, the Higanti tribe now feels extremely down, now that they have to vote someone off, they were a tight group of six, so they all lament on their loss.

But the game carries on, Rafe and Kellee went off to strategize and they discuss which of the two sides (Carolyn and Terry or Hayden and Teresa) should they join and which should they vote off. Kellee wanted to keep Terry around as a meat shield, but Carolyn had an idol, so... in order to flush her idol, she needed Rafe to gain Carolyn and Terry's trust so that she would feel safe and not play it, while Kellee would go to Hayden and Teresa and tell them to vote her off. But in the flip side, they consider Hayden to be a larger threat than Teresa, so in case they wont go to try and blindside Carolyn, they can just simply vote with her and Terry, voting Hayden off in 4-2 vote.

Meanwhile, back at the main camp, the other four members noticed that Rafe and Kellee have been gone for too long, and they start to wonder what were they doing, Hayden suggests that they are they're strategizing and are deciding which one of the four of us will they vote off, that they are the swing votes. Carolyn suggests that why don't the four of them just vote out one of those two, and they settled for Rafe, to weaken the women's alliance in the old Pagbawi and him being able to flip in the Lauren vote makes him unreliable in Teresa's standards.

Then Rafe and Kellee got back to camp and they went with their plans... Kellee went to Hayden and Teresa to discuss voting out Carolyn, and Rafe went to Carolyn and Terry to discuss voting out Hayden.

After a while... four people got together... with enough votes to eliminate one of the other two, just in time for Tribal Council...

Tribal Council #7 (Day 14)

The tribe swap put three people from Higanti and three people from Pagbawi into each of the new tribes, in Higanti's case, it was Carolyn, Kellee and Terry from Higanti, and Hayden, Rafe and Teresa from Pagbawi.

Carolyn and Terry were on the same alliance in their old tribe, and Hayden and Teresa were also in the same scenario, this left Kellee and Rafe to feel outcasted from their respective groups, and they set out together to take the swing vote position this this tribe.

The whole Tribe generally felt great with each other, but when they lost immunity, the game continued, and Rafe and Kellee had to decide which side should they join. If they joined Higanti, they would vote Hayden off 4-2 for being the leader of his alliance and a big strategic threat. If they joined Pagbawi, they would try to blindside Carolyn 4-2 for having an idol, but they will try to make sure she doesn't play that idol.

But soon enough, the other four members of the tribe noticed that Rafe and Kellee have been gone for too long, so they decided to try and flip the tables on them instead, by voting Rafe out for being a physical and strategic threat.

However Kellee and Rafe returned and they went on with their plans, Rafe went to Carolyn and Terry to discuss voting off Hayden, and Kellee went to Hayden and Teresa to discuss voting out Carolyn.

Which plan will reign on top tonight? and what will this mean for the rest of the game?
