Episode 16

Immunity Challenge (Day 34)

Challenge: Mask Match

Alright, are you guys ready to get to today's Immunity Challenge? Firsts things first, Christian, I need to take it back, once again immunity is back up for grabs. For today's challenge:

The castaways would be blindfolded during the challenge. At the starting line would be a mask. At the other end of a net obstacle would be a duplicate mask with some pieces removed. Three bags of puzzle pieces would need to be carried across the net obstacle one at a time. The puzzle pieces would then need to be assembled to replicate the mask at the start line. There will be a few fake pieces to throw the castaways off. The first castaway to correctly replicate the mask would win immunity.

Challenge: https://strawpoll.com/qfxr2bauh

(Same rules apply as last time, you can vote for many players as you want, but please keep in mind to vote for who you think should realistically win this challenge. The challenge advantages will be listed in each poll.)

(And to make this into a poll... I have been debating whether or not to put Carolyn's idol back in the game, I didn't put it back earlier since Natalie activated her idol, and then I wanted to have a simple round with no idol plays, but now we are past that, and I do want the Final 6 tribal to be as exciting as it could, but not in a "Cirie" level of exciting. So, should the idol but put back in the game? if so, a random player will find it.)

Immunity Challenge Results (Day 34)

Everyone is working on their puzzle, the tricky part of this challenge is that you are blindfolded, and you can't be entirely sure if you're right, Natalie thinks she has it, she is wrong, she's going back to check to her mask. Christian, thinks he's got it, and he is wrong. Kellee, thinks she has it, she is also wrong, so far three people have got it wrong, this challenge is still anyone's game... and Michelle thinks she has it... and she does!! Michelle wins immunity!!

Michelle, come on over, immunity is yours once again. As for the rest of you, Tribal Council tonight where after 34 days, somebody will be the eighteenth person voted out and the eighth member of our Jury. Grab your stuff, head back to camp, I'll see you tonight at Tribal Council.

Pinili Camp (Day 34)

After winning immunity Michelle (and Natalie) were both glad that she won the challenge, as it puts the target on less of them, now all they have to do is try to make sure Natalie stays. So they went to talk to Jay and Kellee once again to try and persuade them to blindside Christian for being Christian, and knowing that neither of them could beat him, Reynold or Teresa in the final three.

Jay and Kellee both knew the risks of working with the Ghost Island Trio, and decided that now would be the perfect time to blindside one of them and try to cruise control of the game. They also decided to try and widen their range, in case an Idol pops up of nowhere, by trying to make the GI trio split their votes, to make it end up 2-2-2-1, with them deciding who goes home in the revote. They'll do this by making Kellee 'throw" Jay under the bus, and convincing them to split their votes between him and Natalie, while they (with Natalie and Michelle would split their own votes between Reynold and Christian.

When approached with this idea, the Trio all agreed to it since they do consider Jay as a threat, but knowing that Kellee was willing to throwing her closest ally under the bus, did raise some suspicion and they consider getting Natalie and Michelle to vote 5 strong against Kellee. But they do still want to get rid of Natalie beforehand.

When Reynold was trying to find the girls so that they could try to talk about that plan, they were no where to be found at camp, and he knew that those girls may be trying to find an idol, even if he knows he has one, he is not even sure if there's a second one out there and told everyone else at camp to go and try to find that idol before either one of the girls find it.

And... everyone was out looking for it, and even strategizing with each other as they look, which prompted more plans to be told and causing immense paranoia within these seven. But ultimately, someone did find the idol; Michelle was exasperated from looking for it all over the woods and knew she doesn't even need it for tonight, but suddenly spotted a wrapped cloth with purple string all over it... and quickly grabbed it, and after hearing voices nearby, she stuffed it in her shorts and got out before anyone noticed. She couldn't find the right time or a safe place to open it up and reveal if the idol is real or not, but all she knows is that with immunity around her neck, she won't need it for tonight, but she ain't telling anybody about it either and decided to leave it as a complete surprise if she plays it at Tribal.

But with the entire afternoon wasted trying to find an idol that may or may not even be there, the tribe was extremely paranoid about tonight's vote and no one really knows what their plans are anymore. Jay is debating whether to flip or not, Kellee is wondering if she should actually blindside Jay, Teresa and Christian are worried about the idol and the stability of their alliance, Natalie is just scared that she could go home tonight, and Reynold is thinking if he should play his idol.

And so, they all went out and headed to Tribal Council.

Tribal Council #18 (Day 34)

After several rounds of turbulent gameplay, a majority alliance of five with Christian, Kellee, Reynold, Jay and Teresa have united to take out Jaclyn, and leaving Michelle and Natalie on the bottom.

But when Michelle won immunity, the majority alliance began to crumble, Jay and Kellee knew this was a prime time to make a move on the Trio, by aligning with the girls to take out Christian or Reynold, but to seal the deal from any idol play, Kellee "threw" Jay under the bus so that the Trio could split their votes and the four of them could split their own and decide in the revote.

But after hearing that plan, the trio became suspicious of Kellee's antics and decided to turn the tables on her by getting the girls to vote with them five strong to take Kellee out, however when they turned to them to talk about it, they were off searching for an idol. And so... an Idol hunt begun.

Eventually Michelle found an idol, but is not sure if it's even real or not. However everyone became paranoid and scrambled hard while in the woods. Now, no one really knows what their plans are.
